Eastbourne takes home victory over Lakeside

Eastbourne Eagles - The Lakeside Hammers 53:40, JK 5+1

Eastbourne Eagles were facing today a very demanding opponent from Thurrock. Home riders took the whole advatnage of a well knowleadge of their own track and after some very good heats beat their opponents by thirteen points. Eastbourne won with Lakeside 53:40.

It was not an easy night for locals as The Lakeside Hammers were trying to get close and they made successful choice by letting Richardson race as a joker, who had amazing gate and scored 6 points for Hammers. After that visitors were seven points behind Eastbourne and after 4:2 in another heat, they got closer for only five points to locals.

Nevertheless Eastbourne were still controling the meeting and they did not let Lakeside get any closer. Unfortunatly it was not the best night for Joonas. Finn was racing in four heats tonight and scored five points and one bonus. Kylmakorpi is hoping then to have more impressive meeting in the British League right tomorow.
